Let’s Play: Discworld – part 29

It all comes down to this. Can Rincewind be the hero, defeat the dragon, and save the maiden? Well, maybe… but not until he loads up his M16. Yes, really. But what is really the ultimate weapon… fireballs, custard, or the power of love? Find out, in this flame-flinging finale!

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 28

A couple of final puzzles, one last annoying pixel hunt, and several cutscenes! Unfortunately we don’t get to see the amazing bendable sisters, but you may see a certain famous British author skulking about in the background… The end of Act III, and the penultimate part of this Let’s Play!

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 27

Rincewind takes up extreme sports this time round! Then I hang up a picture, fall foul of a timed puzzle, and face off against my arch-nemesis. Can the luggage save me from fierce piranhas?

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 26

In this part, I become the first person ever to leave the Discworld! For great scientific endeavour? To travel to distant places? Or to pick up a boring item just to give to a random person for a minor piece of information? Come on, you know the answer to that. After that, I get into the movies, and prepare to steal from a smallish child.

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 25

Time to play knock-a-door-run in order to steal items of purely sentimental value from old people! Yay! Then I make my snake all long and stiff, have a rather passionate kiss, and getting buried in a bosom. I swear that none of that is as bad as it sounds.

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 24

Time to wander round talking to people again! But this time round, they’re actually relevant to puzzles we’re trying to solve. Yes, really. The rush to the end continues!

Let’s Play: Discworld – part 23

We’re getting close people, I can feel it. We’re not there yet, but we’re on the home stretch. Oh, and this time round, we get to watch Rincewind go slightly weird and say something completely inappropriate. Although given the disturbing sound effects playing in the background, who can blame him!
